		<description>Actually, by my count Babylon will be Boise's fourth hookah bar (unless one of the existing ones is relocating). Arguably Opa is not a hookah bar, but I've certainly seen a lot of apple tobacco packed and smoked there lately in the late hours. But you'll also find dedicated establishments in the strip mall at Franklin &#38; Curtis (far east end), and at Overland &#38; Curtis, dangerously close to Erotic City and Charlie Browns but also adjacent to the most excellent new Kabul Market, an ethnic market specializing in products from a lower Asian region I'll describe as Iran and The Stans, and perhaps the city's only source for Halal meats.
