The Statesman reported that the Pengilly’s sale is done, with Allen
Ireland the majority partner and minority stakes held by Curtis Stigers
and some other guy. The first thing they’re gonna do is ban smoking,
then clean it up and get better beer, but the staff is intact and
changes are alleged to stop there.
Can’t believe no smoking will work at Pete’s, guess we will see.
