There may never be a bar upstairs in the old Mode building again. After several tries, the Portland branch of B W has been quietly selling off the equipment and fixtures. Noticed today that the sign is off of the buildings outside.

Plan is to nix the indoor mall idea and maximize retail on the first floor, and possibly office space on floor two.
